Our goal in Crosswalk kids is not only teach kids the Bible,
but teach them how to follow God, worship, become leaders, and serve others.
We are currently going through the Gospel Project. Our goal
is to get through the entire Bible. The kids are also taught how to tell their
testimony and are encouraged to share it. We love for our kids to serve others
and give them opportunities to do that throughout the year. We do Front Porch
Makeovers, remain in contact with an orphanage in India, the Special Olympics, and
many more!
Kids 3rd-6th grade go to camp every
year at Green Country Camp. Our 1st-2nd
graders attend Crosswalk Camp which is a two day camp at the Green Country Campgrounds. We close out the summer by doing
Vacation Bible School.
We believe that when you have high expectations, that kids
will meet them. We want them to get out of their comfort “bubble” and learn to
be bold for Christ, even if that means they have to lead a Bible study in their
own home. Kids are amazing and will surprise you at what they will accomplish. Kids
are willing servants with open hearts for others. God does and will continue to
use them to further the Kingdom.
